Matt sent me a sample of this baccy. Was wondering at first why I was getting a letter from a law office, and then was really confused as to why it smelled like maple syrup.
This is a lovely looking tobacco, ribbon cut and dry. Loaded it up and took it for a ride. Lit very easily. Room note was very lovely, maple syrup. Burned down to a fine gray ash. The maple flavor was a bit muted but the underlying tobacco is good quality and tasty.
I don't know if it was me, but this tobacco left me wanting a bit more. I'd like to give it another whirl, I'm thinking it was more me than the tobacco.
Thanks, Matt for giving me the chance to try this!
