Garage Herf 6/28/08

Well I invited Mike, Milehighgolfer on CS and Backwardsgolfer here over for a mini herf at my place this Saturday and thought that I should post here in hopes that some others could make it as well. Looks like around noon, I will have beer and other assorted beverages so come on by if you can.

I think I can swing by, just wanted to be positive so that I do not end up being a no-show bozo. I have been on the verge of responding, then I wait. I guess I am not a chatterer like some of the whoooooores (yes you Zach and Dave).

The funny thing about me whoring... I actually didn't see any new posts in here till now... so none of those 11 views were me... :mrgreen:

You know damn well I would take the chance to PW it up in here even if I don't have anything to say.... with that being said...I might try to come by, but I think I have plans so probably not tomorrow. I think the lady and I are gonna be down there relaxing, and taking pictures of our new place...

I hit the board index then view active topics it works just like Today's Posts on CS in that the most recent threads with action are moved to the top.

Yeah I do that sometimes, but usually I just scan each section for a post with today's date... its a bit old fashioned but it works. :mrgreen:

Sorry it took me so long to post but man was it great to meet Mike and Ron today. Sorry I had to cut the herf short Ron, I know you drove a long way and I feel bad. I did finish getting the dryer fixed and it works great and no spare parts. First time for everything I guess. :mrgreen:

Hey Jamie-
Thanks a bunch for the hospitality, as I was driving away I realized I should have offered to help with the rebuild. Sometimes it is nice to have an extra set of hands and sometimes it is distracting and the extra parts thing happens.

Never the less, I had a very good time and it was refreshing to see another pull out his CC to make an impulse buy! Very cool.

I look forward to the next one.

Would have posted earlier but ended up in Gerring Nebraska to do a little fishing tackle trading and walleye fishing. Brought home some nice filets for a family get together over the weekend......I will be a hero.

Hope your wife is doing better.......
