Hello all,
Not a B & M, but the Elm is a smoker-friendly restaurant/neighborhood bar that I have tried and liked a few times. The key feature is a covered patio on the left side of the building with full bar and food service. There are plastic shades to keep the wind to a minimum and gas overhead heaters to take the chill off. Two TVs are usually tuned to sports and there is a pool table. The food is decent but sometimes the service is slow. Nice selection of beers on tap.
The main downside is the predominance of cigarette smokers, but the ventilation system works pretty well. The small ashtrays and cardboard matches are clearly geared to cig smokers. How this is all legal, I have no idea. Maybe it has to do with the door separating the patio from the main bar? They do not sell cigars so bring your own.
