Something happen to Cigar Caddy?

Did something happen to cigar caddy? I tried going to their website and I get kicked to Quality Importers.

That's interesting. Couple months back I emailed them about all their stock being depleted on the web site. They finaly go back to me and directed me to onlinehumidor(dot)com. Took the easy way out and just picked a new one up from Sean :smile:

Quality imports purchased cigar caddy. I think that their website is qualityimports.com. Personally I don't deal with them because they charge too much. For shopping. I learned last week that xikar is made in Colorado where cigar caddy is made in China.

Last I knew Jamie was looking for someone to buyout cigar caddy. The business wasn't even vaguely profitable; as I understand it he was writing monthly checks to keep it afloat.


I learned last week that xikar is made in Colorado where cigar caddy is made in China.
True; though Xikar might not be making cases for much longer - caddy was killing them on sales. As such, there were 5th hand rumors suggesting that Xikar might refocus on cutters. Additionally, the original owner of Xikar should be at the end of his contract with the folks who bought him out (5-ish years ago). The business strategy/direction could change dramatically.

Take my comments with a grain of salt, these insights are 'to the best of my knowledge/understanding' - those of you know me realize how little of both I have. :wacko:
