Support the Troops - 2011

We are starting a collection drive for the troops. We ask your help to donate from the heart so we can put together a really good package for the troops to start of the year 2011.

Please donate cigars of course, all cigar accessories (lighters not optimal but should be empty if given), other tobacco products, as well as all those things you know they enjoy, snacks, music and movies, etc. Please send to or drop off with Sean and his crew at the Smoking Cave. They will collect the donations and keep things humidified.

Collection ends 2/28/2011. The goods will be sent to the CA troop support guys along with a little cash to cover shipping overseas. Please bump this thread now and then as well. Thank you ALL for you continued generosity!!

I want to be a part of this and am really going to try, thanks for posting!!! We are in the process of buying a house and are very excited but it has caused me to focus on saving and cigars have suffered. We are very close to a purchase and I hope to be involved again soon.

We did very well. Mostly herfers brought it in. Thank you all for the generosity.
Can we send these to afghanstan? Things are a lot worse over there talking to active military people.

I stopped by the Cave after work to have a smoke and pick up the troop donations. WOW!!! I thank all who donated, members of CFRH or not, and especially Sean and his crew and customers at the Smoking Cave for some absolutely outstanding and generous donations of cigars. Thank you all so much!! The haul is really amazing and will be headed out as soon as possible.

I'm not going to lie and say that packing was pleasurable and didn't suck.
