Hey guys, this is Ethan from Louisville - I met a few of you guys at the Havana Manor in Louisville for UFC fight night. I've been smoking more seriously for just the past month or two, but have dabbled for maybe a year. I still don't know what I'm doing, but I know that I tend to like maduros.

Thanks to the guys who gave me some cigars, I plan on enjoying them shortly.

Glad you made it to the site. Give it time and you will pick up lots of info which will help you decide what you do and don't like... it took me some time, and I would still say I'm not completely set since my tastes do change from time to time...

Maduros are great. They are easily my favorite wrapper... with a nice cameroon coming in second.

Hope you enjoy the gifted sticks... let us know what you think of them and we can point you toward some other recommendations you might like... :mrgreen:

Of course there is sometimes an impromptu herf that is planned at the last minute... I would check the herf section to see if any of those pop up... we are pretty good at posting the herfs there... by we I mean me so I can rack up my post count... :twisted: :mrgreen:

Looks like July 26th at Stanly Pappas on Arapahoe near 25. There is a posibility that I may have a Jambalaya & garage herf at my place some time this month as well so stay tuned to the herf threads.

OMG.... you just had to go there didn't ya??? I called that damn shop today to see when mine gets out so I can get rid of the smelly rental... and he is such an ass!! I am going to call his boss when I get done... the guy never calls me back... he is supposed to get me a quote on tires... tell me when my car might be done... and a couple other things I need to discuss with him and he never calls back!

But back on topic...Jamie that would be cool if you decide to do another herf... I haven't been able to make any of the garage ones yet... :cry:

Welcome Ethan, I am pretty new here also. From what I have seen to date, this thread pretty much sums up the site. Post Whoring, Hi-Jacking, totally off topic, some nearly inappropriate comments and a bunch of very decent guys. It is fun to watch and participate. Have fun :D
