Received this email today....
Come Celebrate the opening ceremonies with Rocky Patel and Cigars On Sixth!
Rocky Patel will be making one of two stops in Colorado at Cigars On Sixth Friday August 8, at 5:30 PM. Rocky will be giving away 8 free cigars with every box you buy, plus we will be giving you a free Cigars On Sixth T-Shirt.
Scott Thompson of Oliver Scott Selection Wines will be here sampling his wines from Washington and Oregon, as well as food from L'Asie Fusion Bistro.
Entertainment will be provided by The Hugh Jazz Combo.
We will be serving alchohol so this will be a private event. Please RSVP if you plan to attend so we can add your name to the guest list.

I also got the email from Dan & will try to make it... Not a big fan of too many of RP's cigars these days, but any excuse to hang with some BOTL is a good one!

I am not a big fan of any RP that I have tried yet, but that probably won't stop me from coming to hang out with the FRHs... :mrgreen:
Anybody else make it to CoS yesterday? I stopped off after work and picked up a mixed box of RPs and they threw in 8 sticks free. Had to run home after that but went back at 8 for the TV raffle. All in all a pretty good experience.

Glad someone was able to make it. Doesn't sound like you were able to hang around too long though?

Not really, had to get home and only went back for the TV raffle. Not too crazy about hanging out when I don't know anybody and none of my friends smoke. It was cool though. Got to meet Rocky and he was very helpful in explaining the differences in his cigars; pretty nice guy overall.

I did not bring a camera but I did get his autograph on a box. I'll take a picture and post it later.

Nice!! Not a big fan of his stuff but an autograph is always cool!
