Sorry, I was out working on the business end of a Punch Rare Corojo. :mrgreen:

Here's the beautiful outside. (I'm looking for suggestions, considering stickers or letting my 13 y.o. loose on it) Note the 10 stick box from http://www.cigarcaddy.com/. Our newest and very gracious benefactor to the CRS program.

And on to the important part. A bit fuller than last time. Sporting a CO and currently a pound, soon to be a pound and a half of heartfelt 70% beads holds the hygro right about 67% and I'm not complaining a bit. I've only serviced this once since it came online a few months ago. Things to do: rip out the freezer section and drawer. Build a better shelving system although the bottom holds my often still stocked case (cracked open) and the CO rather nicely. The four trays are singles and the front row of boxes are as well. Ok, so I have commitment problems. Maybe one of these days I'll fire up the smoker knock off some meat and you all can take a trip through there yourselves. (although I'd rather go through Scott or Fred's set up :mrgreen: )

As for the design... why not try something like getting a bunch of cigar art and glue it on the face... maybe make like a collage of different stuff from your favorite manufacturers...

LOL... yeah I will smoke a btl one day... Its funny cuz I have so many rare Fuentes but I have never been able to get one of those... I am sure I will get one by x-mas this year when Tampa has them back in stock... it will be a present to me!! :mrgreen:

As for the HDMs... I haven't had an epi #3 which is what I really want to try... but the '99 Du Maires that I have are awesome little sticks. I just had another one last night and loved it!! :D

We all had to start somewhere... this time last year I owned 2 cigars and now I bet it is closer to 900... :mrgreen:

But I have cooled it a bit in the last few months lol... so I won't be buying near as much that fast again unless I get that sweet job down there...

The Anejos are awesome and I love keeping a good stock of them as well... wasn't a big fan of my first GOF, but I have another to try... the hemi mads are a good go to smoke for me. I still need to smoke one of my Casa fuentes.... I am debating smoking the LBMF opus I have... we will see though... and I have smoked an 8-5-8 SG but it wasn't any better than the normal 8-5-8s... so I need to try a few more of those.

Of course I still need to try several different sizes of the opus (which I have 11 of the 13 regular releases to age so I can) and decide which I like the best... so far it is the Fuente Fuente... and I have an almost full box of them now... :mrgreen:

I thought they recommended plugging the drain on CS. I'd do a search there. Lots of Vino knowledge to be gained. Does anyone here run one?

From what I have been able to gather, plugging the drain is recommended for high humidity areas. But then I think the same should be true for a low humidty area. I'll leave it open for now and see how it holds up.

Sorry, but my house my rules, and rule #462 is no one has to smoke a fruit flavored turd against their will. Now should they volunteer, rule #278 is in effect, "fruit flavored turd smoking is only allowed outside with a minimum of 20 feet between the smoker and anyone with good taste in the area". So they could stand next to Zach as long as they were both 20 feet away form the rest of us. :mrgreen:

Thanks for the compliments... :mrgreen: It is a nice collection but probably isn't even close to some other people who have been at it longer... cough cough... Scott... cough... or some other people on CS like Da klugs... and I bet even Fred has a sweet collection.

But I do try to constantly build it up and keep a bunch on hand to age... the more I smoke the more I find myself waiting 6 months+ before I will even look at a stick lol... and yeah it helps to not have kids... granted I'm still not quite 29 and have plenty of time to have kids... they just aren't my cup of tea. Maybe one day I will get crazy and change my mind, but I can't see it happening.

There is nothing wrong with smoking budget sticks... there are tons of them that are priced right and taste like gold. If I had any common sense I would smoke those and save my cash for something else... but I am a collector at heart. I just love to build things up and that is why you see things like they are... and if I had to guess... with college costing as much as it does now... it might only be a year or two of tuition... :shock:

Yes sir... I have about 40 or so VSGs... I don't care for the other Ashtons as much as the VSGs... and I just love fuente... anytime I'm not sure what to smoke, I reach for a fuente and life is good. :mrgreen: 8)
