For some reason I am not too fond of the San Cristobal... I think I am the odd man out though lol as most people rave over them. They are good, but it wasn't quite what I was expecting for what I prefer. 8)

For me I think I will smoke a SLR 'A' this weekend some time! :mrgreen:

Had my first La Requeza Friday night...damn good smoke and jumped right up into my top 5.

kinda got after it this weekend!

had that san christobal, more like 'spicy pepinery ball'.. it was ok but had the same kind of profile IMO of the cuban classic 1979 i had recently as well as the CI pepin legend

tried a macanudo maduro, that I have had sitting for a while, while studying on saturday.. blah, im ruined i cant smoke these anymore it was really really bland and I ended up tossing it 2/3rds of the way

yesterday was a AF flora fina 858 and a Indian Tabac ltd reserve (i really like these) while studying

Had another newhavana house brand torp. watching the Broncos yesterday, man the third was even better than the first two :D

I thought you might think that... I think it is way too much spice as well... it needs to tone it down a notch or two lol... :mrgreen:

yeah its not that it was bad but i think the best pepin that I had was a blue label that Jamie gifted me. The CI legends are a more muted spice but it was definitely there... ill smoke what I got left of the legends, but of the pepin blends Ill stick with the 5 vegas miami and the blue label....for now at least
