Such is life. A day after telling Peter that work was going fairly well, I got in to work this morning to get laid off (with others). I'm only posting this just in case any leads pop up that you hear about for a software architect/developer. I don't intend to speak of this in the general forums. I'm in reactionary mode right now.

Ditto that really sucks. It seems like just when a guy feels pretty comfortable, something brings us back to the ground, smack.
I too will kep my ears open.
Hang in there and let me know if I can assist in any way (I mean it!)

That's a bummer man...Let me take a look at your resume again (I still have it) and see if there is anything I can find...

Resume is updated more clearly outlining my last position. I'm happy to resend it, Mert, if it'll help. Thanks for the thoughts all.

Sucks to hear about the layoff, but hopefully it will just bump you up to something even better.
I just saw on the news that Vestas is having a big job fair at the Adams County Fairgrounds tomorrow at 8AM.
Don't know if they would have anything, but it is local for ya.
Aw shit Scott -- that's terrible. I'll put some feelers out and see if there's anything going on with any of my contacts.
