Fred, if you want to open up a reviews forum, you can throw this one in there...
So I sat and smoked that Anniversario while reading (I'm reading the biography of Steve Irwin by his wife...I loved the Crocodile Hunter!). First, I have to say, as I was telling Fred, Jamie and Gary on the way to Ft. Collins, I'm working on making my palate better, tasting more flavors in the cigars. Well this one hit well for me! Started with a nice cocoa smell pre-light. Started with that flavor, not too much, but very nice. Just into the second third the cocoa went away for something less sweet, more grounded. The smoke finished up with that nice flavor coming back, and I nubbed it with no bitterness whatsoever! Very nice smoke!
