HAHAHA... you are too damn funny... the wait will be worth it. I decided to go with an up-converter instead of a blue ray... I just don't think the blue ray prices have come down enough for me and I have too many cigars to buy hahah... :mrgreen:

One of the reasons I enjoy a surprise... Nothing worse than waiting to play with a toy that's packed away in the cupboard! Even worse when it sits in full view wrapped under the tree for 2 weeks...

This is one of those things that at $200 it will sell out so I had to get it early. The one I got is a Sony from Sams, it's comparable to the BP350 but it comes with a HDMI cord, you could say $30 for the cord so $170 for the player. As far as these getting cheaper, I'm sure they will but this is the price point I was waiting for with the cord being a bonus. I don't know about you guy's but if I left it up to the wife and kids I would have a collection singing fish and sweaters and they get something out of this too so they are good with it. I pre-ordered the new Batman on Blu-Ray and will be getting Transformers but that is the only one I am going to buy that I already have as the Blu-Ray up converts regular DVD's to HD. I can't wait to hear my system play DTS-HD :shock: :mrgreen:

You may have, but that would have been one of those 4:00 AM door-busters and fat slow guy's get trampled in those situations so I just say no and pay the difference. :wink:
