Text Message From Forum

You may now set up your profile to receive text messages to your mobile phone that are sent from the forum.

Visit your User CP and click on "Edit SMS Options" to set up your text messaging options. Depending on the options selected, you will either receive a text notification when they get a new PM, or you will be able to be contacted by other members via links in their profile and their posts.

I tested it and it works with Verizon. The drop down menu when clicking a username on a post has a link 'send text message to xxx' if that user has it enabled, or a link can be found on the user profile under contact info tab.

I pay per text so I'm disabling mine for now.

Sweet... I will definitely have to add that.... I set up my email on my BB and it rocks cuz I can check my email all day long lol... :new_rofl:

I set it up and received the text that I had to get the code from but have received two PM's and no texts. :confused: (This is probably user error)
