Hot Links v Sauce

Ok, so yesterday I ordered a side of hot links from Brother's BBQ. Tonight I reheated them and compared their original sauce to Sweet Baby Ray's.

The links themselves have a nice spice to them. Brother's original sauce has a good tang to it and Ray's is oh so sweet. In this case the original sauce's tang with the link's spice was a good match but a bit too much. Ray's was a good match with the spice and covered it with its sweetness. Next order, I'm mixing the two. But for the head to head, I'm leaning toward's Jamie's fav - Sweet Baby Ray's.

Sounds great Dave. I like SBR's BBQ sauce but I will always prefer a touch more heat. Correct me if I'm wrong but Brothers is high vinegar content, right?

Every time I visit Jim & Nicks BBQ I buy a pint of their Habanero BBQ sauce and when I want some spicy BBQ sauce I mix a bit with SBR's.

Tried it once. Might have to do that again real quick. Hmmm, what's for lunch today. The shame of it all is that I could walk there from my house, run past it all the time.

That particular Brother's sauce is a bit vinegar based. As a note, these were the only two I had on hand. I'm still loving the Bone Suckin Sauce. :D
