Actually, you can pretty much call and schedule an appointment anytime you want. Done two of the tours so far. They've got a single barrel that they only sell at the distillery for an extra $16 above the normal price.

I cant think of anything worse that being stuck with wine snobs for any length of time. Not saying theirs anything wrong with being a wine snob if you want to be......
