Henry,
Didn't get a free moment today to stop by as I was working on the garage project this weekend. I am almost done too so I am excited for that to be done and completely organized...
I hope you guys had a good time down there and had a few good sticks. Hopefully you got to burn down that Sir Winston you wanted to...(unless of course it died a nice death in the fire already...:new_rofl:

I wish I'd checked this earlier. I would have loved to have joined you. Instead I spent the time scoping out a kitchen refresh project on the horizon.

Zach,
if by "Garage projects", you mean a big screen, wet bar, and ventilation system , then by all means "getter dun!"
You must have been reading my mind on the Sir Winnie! Finally torched that bad boy, what a delightful smoke. Smooth, not overbearing, flavorful and refined. These have about 15 months on them, so still relatively young, but I would not hesitate to blaze another one. I tossed one over to Dave, so hopefully he will chime in on an opinion too.
Dave, it was a relatively quite time, good smoke, and just watched the probowl for a little while while Karin worked on some Cab. sorry bout the last minute notice, but sometimes that's all I have.
hope to catch up with you guys soon

Well not quite all of that but kind of close... :sifone: We have installed a bunch of shelves round the top of the garage to get all the stuff off the floor and put out of the way. Yesterday we ran a good coat of garage epoxy on the floor to get it sealed up and to make it look better. Next weekend I get to finally build my workbench and organize my tools to put them away. On the left side we will build some cubbyholes to hold some of the random things.
I won't need much for ventilation since I can just crack the door, or open it up. I think I will eventually put a TV out there for garage herfs and such, but it will most likely be just the old TVs from the house since we are replacing them with Flat screens.

And I figured you have been jonesing for that sir winnie and you need some time to enjoy it so I knew that you had either smoked it last wed, or more likely saved it for a nice relaxing day to enjoy it completely...:D I mean I do the same things when smoking my nice cigars as well... only the ones that are cheaper will I burn in the car or somewhere like that... all the good ones need to be treated with respect...:new_rofl:
