Picked up the ingredients for the Etouffee today so now all I have to do is remember how to make it. :D Anybody that needs the address just shoot me a PM. We are starting around 5:00 or 5:30 but come when you can, we will go until probably 9:00 or 10:00. I have the food covered and have about a case of beer. I picked up some snack mix, a feta spread and some pita bread. So if anybody can think of anything I missed bring it along but please don't feel obligated to bring anything but yourself.

sorry i couldnt make it today....wife's family in town....had to go skiing today.....and i love a good etouffee...hope to make it friday or saturday
