Let's break in my back yard/garage

So next weekend, I will be sans wife and kids. Which means I'm free all weekend to do what ever I what. So for Saturday, I'm thinking of firing up the grill, throwing some beer on ice, and having who ever wants to come over for a smoke, a beer, a coke, a burger/hotdog/tofu (if that's your thing), say around 3:00 to when ever it ends. hang out in the back yard if its nice, garage if its raining. (only smoking allowed inside is in my man cave, and its rather small, sorry) Who would be interested?

Speak of the Devil. I was just looking at the weather and notice that the high for Sat. is going to be in the upper 30's with the low in the low 30's. I think I'm going to go ahead and cancel the golf. I don't mind being a dew raker, but snow is out of the question.

so the news just said that we can expect 8 to 14 inches of snow friday and Saturday, so golf is definitely off. however, the offer of burgers/hotdogs/tofu (if that's your thing) is still open. In fact I'm thinking of a poker game here at the house Saturday night, since I can't go golfing. Anyone?? I'm not going to let this weekend of no wife and kids go to waste with chores.

You know what? I get to sleep in. That is an incredible luxury in and of itself. my daughters get up every day at 6:00, no matter what, and I get to get up when I want tomorrow. I could even sleep into 7:30 if I want. I have a Taboo twist lined up for tonight, a nice glass of scotch, Quantum of Solice, and who knows what for tomorrow, besides more snow.

I highly doubt that anyone is going to show up tomorrow, so I will just cancel it, and everyone who was going to show up just stay at home. (oh wait, no one could make it) I'm going to go shovel my driveway, with a Taboo Twist Baby!
