Recently got a small sample of this stuff with a pipe tobacco order. Rubbed out a flake and left it to dry for about thirty minutes. Loaded up my pipe and touched fire to the tobacco. A bit difficult to get going, but after that I didn't have a problem keeping it lit.
First impression is that this stuff is sweet. Not sickly sweet, but a sort of natural sweetness. Some of that nice sort of hay/grassy flavor that I've come to love from virginian tobacco. It also produces a nice creamy smoke which I was not expecting. I think I'm going to have to add this to my next pipe tobacco order, I would love to see what it's like after some aging.
