Help Fred with the CA sticker/caddy/hat GB herf...

I'd like to set something up to help Fred package, label, and ship all the stickers and hats for the group buy he is running on CA...

Everything will be arriving at Fred's office sometime this week, so I'd like to get an idea of how many people can make it Saturday July 11th around noon? Depending on how many folks can make it, we should be done in a couple of hours and will head somewhere (to be determined) for a well deserved smoke. Who's in???

We can also use this opportunity to distribute beads to those who can make it...

I have a concert that day that starts at 1 pm and probably won't end till later that night. Then that sunday the 12th, Niki and I leave for a week vacation...

I talked with Fred this afternoon & we are definitely on for Saturday... The stickers still haven't arrived yet, but we will still ship out the shirts & caps if they don't make it by the end of the week...

I'm thinking that if it is nice enough (not too hot) we might head over to Wash Park for a smoke afterwards. I will take a look & try to scope out a table in the shade, but if you can remember to throw a chair or two in your car they might come in handy. I will have a cooler with some drinks.

I'll need directions, never been there.
